Terms of Use

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Breakup Recovery app offered by Sascha Koziellek, blueapps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to downloads from the Apple App Store.

2. Purpose of the app

Breakup Recovery provides structured exercises, check-ins, journal tools, and No Contact features for self-reflection and personal wellbeing after a breakup.

Important: The app is not a medical device and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in immediate danger or have thoughts of self-harm or suicide, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service now.

3. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app on your Apple devices under these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, rent, or use the app to violate third-party rights or applicable law, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.

4. Free and Premium features

Certain basic, immediate-relief, and safety features are free. Additional exercises and features may require a Premium purchase. The exact benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

5. Monthly subscription, lifetime purchase, and cancellation

  • For new purchases, the app offers an automatically renewing monthly Premium subscription and a one-time purchase for permanent Premium access in this app.
  • The one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. The binding price is shown in Apple’s purchase dialog before confirmation.
  • Existing annual subscriptions remain valid under the terms applicable when purchased and are not canceled by the new offer selection.
  • Payment is charged through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time in Apple’s subscription settings.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings and restore previous purchases in the app.
  • Refunds are governed by Apple’s applicable rules and mandatory consumer law.

6. Personal content and device security

Your entries are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and passcode and for any backup you need before changing or deleting a device. We cannot restore content deleted locally.

7. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability. Features may be changed for legitimate security, legal, platform, or product reasons. Paid entitlements and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. External services and links

Purchases are processed through Apple and RevenueCat. External support links lead to independent services whose providers are responsible for their content, availability, and terms.

9. Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

10. Ending use

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings. We may discontinue the app for legitimate reasons. Existing paid rights and statutory claims remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board.

12. Contact and changes

Send questions to support@blueapps.pro. We may update these terms for the future when new features, providers, or legal requirements make this necessary. The current version remains available on this page.
